APPLICATION TIPS
Small to medium size lawns should be fertilized with a Whirley Bird spreader or Shoulder Spreader.
Large lawns should be fertilized by a professional or with a large Drop Spreader.
Always begin walking before opening your Drop Spreader lever. Close the spreader before you stop walking.
To assure even application of fertilizer apply half the total amount of fertilizer in one direction, then to the right apply the second portion, at right angles. This will help prevent over lapping and burning streaks.
Fill and empty fertilizer spreaders in easy clean up areas.
